Pay: $120,000.00 – $165,000.00 per year

Job description:

Meyner and Landis seeks a motivated attorney with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in New Jersey and New York creditor’s rights, commercial foreclosure and workout. The candidates should have excellent writing and analytical skills, ability to work independently and assume direct file responsibility. NY and NJ Bar admission a must. Excellent career opportunity. Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active bar membership in good standing in New Jersey and New York.
A minimum of five years of experience practicing law in relevant fields such as creditor’s rights, commercial foreclosure and workout.
Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
Proficiency in legal research tools including Westlaw.
Excellent writing skills with experience in legal drafting and documentation.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
