Daniella Anastasio earned her J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School, and a B.A. degree from the University of Miami. Her practice is focused on Immigration Law and Business Immigration. Prior to joining Meyner and Landis she was an associate at JIA Law Group, P.C., New York, NY. Stephen F. Occhipinti earned his J.D. degree from New York Law School and a B.A. degree from Gettysburg College. His practice is focused on Banking, Corporate Business Transactions, Creditor’s Rights, and Litigation. Prior to joining Meyner and Landis, he served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert E. Brenner, P.J.Cv., Ocean County Superior Court, Toms River, New Jersey.
