Stephen F. Occhipinti is an attorney at Meyner and Landis LLP based in the Newark, New Jersey office. He is an Associate in the Banking and Litigation Practice Group which focuses on complex commercial and business litigation, financial-services litigation, banking and corporate transactions, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, and related matters, handling a broad range of issues including but not limited to collection and replevin actions, mortgage foreclosures, indemnity actions, and workouts. This team specializes in representing a broad range of clients, including large financial institutions, national and state banking institutions, corporations, borrowers, landlords, insurance companies, and other secured and unsecured creditors.

Prior to joining Meyner and Landis, Stephen gained extensive legal experience working alongside his uncle, Frank S. Occhipinti, Esq., a distinguished attorney with four decades of practice in corporate and commercial litigation. He most recently served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert E. Brenner, Presiding Judge of the Civil Division in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Ocean Vicinage. While in law school, Stephen also served as a Staff Editor for the New York Law School Law Review, where he honed his skills in legal research, analytical writing, critical thinking, attention to detail, and editorial review.
