Daniella Anastasio is an Associate in the Immigration Law Group at Meyner and Landis LLP. Her practice is focused on business immigration, representing clients in a range of employment-based immigrant (permanent) and non-immigrant (temporary) matters, including H-1B and TN professionals, L-1A managers and executives, and adjustment of status applications. Daniella also has experience in representing individuals of extraordinary ability on a temporary basis (O-1), investors, and J-1 exchange visitors, as well as working on EB-2 and EB-3 PERM Labor Certifications. Prior to joining Meyner and Landis, Daniella worked at a boutique immigration law firm in New York City.
