In addition to representing a number of AI-focused technology clients, our partner, Scott Malyk, was recently appointed to the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Artificial Intelligence Task Force by NJSBA President, Tim McGoughran, to tackle some of the legal challenges and related issues presented by AI and its rapidly ascending importance in society. Scott is the only corporate immigration attorney appointed to this Task Force for 2023-2024.
