February 6, 2018 Meyner and Landis LLP is pleased to announce that Joseph R. McCarthy has been named an equity partner with the firm. He joined the firm as an Associate in 2012. He graduated from New York Law School in 2003 and Rowan University in 1999 where he received a B.A. in Political Science. Joseph is a partner with the firm’s litigation group where he concentrates his practice in the areas of creditors’ rights, banking and commercial real estate. He is an experienced commercial litigator who represents private and institutional clients in a wide range of litigation matters in both state and federal courts, including mortgage foreclosures, bankruptcy, workouts, lender liability actions, construction disputes, and real estate disputes. Joseph is also a transactional attorney who represents clients in complex commercial real estate and business transactions.
