Allison Richman focuses her practice on employment and family-based immigration petitions. She represents clients in immigrant (permanent) and non-immigrant (temporary) matters, including assisting H-1B professionals, L-1A and L-1B intracompany transferees, and family-based petitioners. Allison also has experience representing individuals in connection with applications for U.S. permanent residency and U.S. citizenship.
Allison also has extensive experience practicing humanitarian immigration law. Prior to joining Meyner and Landis, Allison represented undocumented children and families, working on such matters as Asylum applications, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (EB-4), U-Visa and T-Visa applications, TPS (Temporary Protected Status), DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals), and applications for U.S. permanent residence based on humanitarian grounds. Allison has significant courtroom experience and has appeared numerous times before the Executive Office for Immigration Review and various Asylum Offices.
