September 11, 2022 Lisa Ryu focuses her practice on business immigration. She represents clients in a wide range of employment-based immigrant (permanent) and non-immigrant (temporary) matters, including assisting F-1 students, H-1B and E-3 professionals, and L-1A managers and executives. Lisa also has extensive experience in representing individuals of extraordinary ability on a temporary basis (O-1) and in connection with applications for U.S. permanent residency based on extraordinary ability (EB-1A) including artists and entertainers, scientists, educators, athletes, and other individuals who have risen to the top of their fields, as well as outstanding researchers and professors (EB-1B), and National Interest Waiver (NIW) petitions. In addition, Lisa is deeply experienced with assisting individuals seeking family-based immigration and U.S. citizenship applications. Prior to joining Meyner and Landis, Lisa worked at several boutique and large immigration law firms in New York City and New Jersey, and her own private practice in immigration law for six years.
